The ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM. Please arrive early to make sure you are able to park and find your seat by this time.

Yes! We are asking our guest to dress up with us! Formal wear is requested. Formal wear for gentlemen may include a jacket and tie or traditional suit, a tuxedo is not required. For women, floor length or midi length dresses. Please no jeans or sneakers! We also ask that guest avoid wearing dark green or colors reserved for the bride cream, ivory, or white. Please keep in mind, parts of the event is outdoor.

We ask that you kindly put your phones away and on silent for an unplugged ceremony. We have a very great photographer and will absolutely share all those photos with you!

Unfortunately, due to space limitations, plus ones cannot be accommodated at this time. Therefore, we ask that our guests please do not bring a plus one unless they are specifically listed on your invitation. Your invitation will be addressed as {Your Name} + {Guest} if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults only event with the exception of close family and those in the wedding party. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can have a fun time and encourage you to take this as a date night!

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP after September 22, 2024. If we do not get an RSVP back by the date in which provided, we will assume that you will not be in attendance. We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide total guests counts to our venue in a timely manner and we cannot accept late RSVPs. Please RSVP as soon as possible and we appreciate your understanding on this.

Yes! Both will take place at the Oxbow Estate in Clayton, North Carolina. There will be a cocktail hour to transition between the ceremony and the reception.

Yes! There will be plenty of parking on site at the venue.

The venue is the Oxbow Estate in Clayton, North Carolina. The address is 1603 NC-42, Clayton, NC 27527. As you are driving on NC-42, there will be a sign for the Oxbow Estate off to the side of the road on the right hand side. Once you enter, you will take the entrance gate to your left and then continue down the scenic route until you reach the parking lot. There will be a golf cart shuttle that will take you to the main house. There will also be parking attendants to help if you have any questions.
